Zig-Zag® Live Guitar Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations

The Zig-Zag® Live Guitar Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Entry in Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations (“Rules”).

Sponsor: Zig-Zag® Cigarette Papers; c/o National Tobacco Company; 3029 West Muhammad Ali Boulevard; Louisville, KY 40212 (“Zig-Zag”).

No purchase necessary to Enter to Win: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not attend, view or hear any sales presentation to enter to win.

Entry: Entrants may only enter the Sweepstakes by fully completing and submitting the entry form online at www.zigzaglive.com. If more than one person shares an email account or ISP account, the person responsible for paying any service charges associated with the account or the person deemed to be the account holder by the ISP will be deemed the winner in the event that entry is selected. Only one entry is allowed per person/email address.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of 5/23/2008. Employees of the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and the foregoing employees’ household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Rules and agree to accept all decisions of “Zig-Zag” with respect to this Sweepstakes as final.

Contest Period and Drawing: The Sweepstakes begins at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/23/2008 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on 12/31/2008 (The “Sweepstakes Period”). The winning entrant (“Winner”) will be randomly drawn from all entries received during the Sweepstakes period no later than 10 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Winner will be notified by U.S. mail, email, telephone and/or overnight courier within 10 days after the applicable drawing. If a Winner is unreachable after Zig-Zag® has attempted to contact that Winner for a period of 5 days, or if that Winner is otherwise unavailable or ineligible for prize fulfillment, Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner (“Alternate”) may be selected by random drawing among all remaining eligible contestants. A Winner will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.

Prize and Odds of Winning: The Grand Prize is a Gibson Epiphone Les Paul Special II with original Zig-Zag® Live art Guitar (MSRP of $500). The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.

General Considerations: Prize will be shipped to the Winner at the address provided on the entry form. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the Prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by Zig-Zag® at no cost. Zig-Zag® will be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Limitation of Liability: Neither Zig-Zag® nor any of its affiliates, agents, servants, successors, assigns and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships of (“Affiliates”) are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Zig-Zag® reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Zig-Zag® in its sole discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants release and hold harmless Zig-Zag® and its Affiliates and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, participation in this Sweepstakes, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Sweepstakes or Prize-related activity.

Use of Information: Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to Zig-Zag® and its Affiliates to use each Winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and any statements made by Winner regarding the Sweepstakes and the Prizes, for publicity purposes (including, without limitation, use on the web site of Zig-Zag® and/or its affiliates) without any compensation and for purposes of complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
